Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy

All products sold by Brownie Bear Academy are digital products. Nothing is physically shipped.

After your payment is confirmed, you will receive access to your download through the order confirmation page and/or by email to the address used at checkout.

Our files are usually provided in PDF format. You may need a PDF reader, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader or another PDF-viewing app, to open and print them.

Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see your download email within a few minutes.

If you have any trouble accessing, opening, or downloading your files, please contact us at hello@browniebearacademy.com and we will help you as soon as possible.

Because all products are delivered online, there are no shipping fees, customs charges, or physical delivery delays.
