Refund policy

At Brownie Bear Academy, our products are digital files that are delivered instantly after purchase.

Because of this, all digital product sales are generally final. Once an order is complete and the download has been accessed, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

By completing your purchase, you understand that you are buying a digital product and that your right to cancel ends once the download begins.

That said, we always want to make things right if something goes wrong. Please contact us at hello@browniebearacademy.com within 14 days of purchase if:

• The file is corrupted, will not open, or will not download.
• You were charged more than once for the same item.
• You received the wrong product.
• The product is materially different from its description.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and a short description of the problem. A screenshot is also helpful where possible.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
